Pregnancy and birth is a special and beautiful period in every woman’s life, or at least it should be. But what if your experiences are leaving you feeling empty, alone, heartbroken or even depressed or traumatised?
- What can you do if you had a miscarriage, still birth or a negative birth experience?
- How can you move on after abuse, trauma and pain in your life?
- What can you do to let go of those painful memories?
EFT is a technique that can help you let go of these trapped emotions. But what is EFT?
The national average UK c-section rate is sitting around 25% for the last couple of years, which is about 175,000 c-sections every year. Most of these women were hoping to have a natural birth, however when labour took an ‘unexpected turn’ – they were told they had no other option than to have a c-section.
When these mothers are pregnant with their next child, they are sometimes told it is not possible to have a vaginal birth after having a c-section (so-called VBAC). For a small number of women this is true; however for most women it is perfectly fine to have a natural birth. Even though of the scar tissue, there are some perceived risks, but with proper care and guidance you can safely give birth.
