The last month I have felt like I have to crawl through the eye of the needle.
This morning (12-12-2017), waking up, I feel the needle is no longer there, and I am just being crushed...

The energetic upgrades have been full on and intense this month, and I must admit it is sometimes hard to take enough time to take care of me!
The range of emotions is extraordinary; from a simple headache to anxiety and anger. I think I felt all of them, including happy days where everything seems just to be back to normal.
What do I do, when I feel like hiding?
Personally, I love Epsom salts bath (especially around that time of the month as it reduces the cramps significantly) or Alkabath Bathsalts which completely brings down any stress in my body. Absolutely heaven in my opinion, especially with some essential oils! Just having that time for you is crucial if you want to stay connected to yourself. I need that time to know what I am feeling and experiencing is mine and not from one of my clients.
I make sure to get as much sleep as possible, gently exercise and eat what my body needs. Every night before I go to sleep I listen to relaxation tracks, from either Elizabeth Peru or Belinda Davidson to help me relax. If I don’t, I don’t sleep as deep as the emotions and chatter of the day just keep playing in the background. As you can imagine with the work I do, that is quite some chatter!
My Final Tip:
This upgrade is intense for me, and I will rest and allow whatever needs to be done to take place.

Just rest and honour yourself as much as you can!
